Doubles final at the TEB BNP Paribas Istanbul Open will be played between Flavio Cipolla/Dudi Sela and Diego Schwartzman/Andres Molteni.
Second pair to move into the TEB BNP Paribas Istanbul Open doubles final is Dudi Sela and Flavio Cipolla. Israeli-Italian partnership defeated Guillermo Duran/Maximo Gonzalez 7-6, 6-1 to reach their first career final in doubles.
Grabbing the opener, where both teams managed to hold on their serves, after a 7/5 tie-break, Sela and Cipolla were in full control later on. They dropped just one game to complete the match in 1 hour and 25 minutes.
Sela/Cipolla will face another Argentine tandem Diego Schwartzman/Andres Molteni for the championship. Schwartzman and Molteni were victorious yesterday after a match tie-break against New Zealand’s Sitak/Daniell.
Only man to have played a tour-level doubles finals prior to tomorrow’s match is Diego Schwartzman. 23-year-old Schwartzman, who also advanced to singles semifinals, finished runner-up last year in Sao Paulo alongside Paolo Lorenzi.
